Job summary

Agilis Robotics Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an R&D Engineer to convert designs for manufacturing, develop SOPs, and plan verification activities. You will prepare mechanical and industrial design drawings, assist installation, and design prototypes according to features and specifications.

You will coordinate experimental setups and preclinical trials, review technical specs and test plans, and support vendor negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or above degree in engineering or related discipline.
• 2 years experience preferred.
• Proficiency in SOLIDWORKS and KeyShot.
• Experience in solution sourcing and procurement is a plus.
• Willing to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Convert to design for manufacturing, SOP development and verification planning.
• Prepare mechanical drawings and industrial design drawings.

• Work with the team to identify technical problems, perform root cause analysis, formulate solutions and execute the plan.
• Support any other tasks as assigned by team lead.

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in SOLIDWORKS and Key Shot.
• Experience in solution sourcing and procurement is a plus.
• Responsible, independent with strong problem-solving skills. Team spirit and ability to work under pressure.
• Innovative and research minds are preferred.
• Frequent travel is required.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior R&D Engineer.
