Job summary

Keyestone Group (Holdings) Limited, based in Kowloon, is seeking a Manager / Assistant Manager in Quantity Surveying to lead pre- and post-contract QS duties across property development, QS consultancy or contracting environments.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor in Quantity Surveying with HKIS or RICS, and have at least 8 years of relevant experience, strong English and Chinese communication, and a proactive, independent work style in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines.
• Professional qualification in HKIS, RICS, or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years' relevant experience with property developers, QS consultancy firms or main contractors.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a proven track record of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage consultants, contractors, and internal project stakeholders effectively.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties, including project budgeting, cash flow forecasting, cost planning, and commercial risk management
• Manage tendering procedures, contract administration, valuation of variations, assessment of contractual claims, and settlement of final accounts
• Proactively liaise and negotiate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal project stakeholders to ensure project delivery within budget and alignment with project objectives
• Provide professional, practical, and commercial advice to Project Managers and Department Head on procurement strategy, cost control, and contractual matters
