Job summary

B.S.C. Interior Contract and Engineering Co Ltd is seeking a sharp Quantity Surveyor to own post-contract services, including contract administration, cost control and client liaison on assigned projects in Hong Kong.

You will steer subcontractor performance and resolve critical contractual issues from extensions of time to loss‑and‑expense claims. The ideal candidate holds a Degree or Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Building Studies, has at least 3 years of relevant experience on

Qualifications

• Degree / High diploma holder in Quantity Surveying / Building Studies or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience. Experience in sizeable projects is essential, preferably gained from Consultant and / or Fitting-out Contractor.
• Practical site experience is necessary, with excellent interpersonal & negotiation skills.
• Well versed in MS Office applications and CostX software.
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Putonghua, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-contract QS service, including contract administration, cost estimation & control for assigned projects.
• Liaise with client and manage subcontracting.
• Deal with significant contractual issues including extension of time, loss and expense claims etc
