Job summary

Links International is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an international consultancy delivering landmark projects in Hong Kong and the region. You will lead pre- and post-contract QS duties and liaise with clients, consultants and contractors.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Quantity Surveying with 5+ years of relevant experience; HKIS/RICS accreditation or progress toward chartership is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant QS experience, consultancy experience preferred.
• HKIS/RICS qualification or working towards chartership is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties.
• Prepare cost plans, estimates and tender documents.
• Evaluate tenders and support procurement processes.
• Administer contracts, variations and final accounts.
• Monitor project costs and provide regular cost reports.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
