Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an experienced property manager for an on-site role in Hong Kong. The position involves administering a diverse portfolio of properties and coordinating with building leadership to deliver high-quality client service.

Candidates should hold a degree in Property Management or related discipline, have at least 10 years’ experience in a sizable PM company, and possess strong English and Chinese communication skills, with a PMP Tier 1 licence preferred.

Competenze

• Degree holder in Property Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in sizable property management company.
• Knowledge of Building Management Ordinance, DMC and related ordinances is preferred.
• Initiative and able to work independently.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• PMP Tier 1 Licence holder preferable.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skill.
• Strong in report writing.
• Proficient in PC skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
