Job summary

Knight Frank is seeking an experienced property management leader to supervise the day-to-day management of a mixed portfolio in Hong Kong, focusing on budgets, reports, and client liaison.

The role requires a degree in property/facilities management and at least 5 years of relevant experience, with strong communication and leadership skills. English and Cantonese are essential, Mandarin is an advantage. Candidates with more experience may be considered for Associate Director.

Qualifications

• Degree in property management, facilities management or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in property management.
• Professional qualifications such as MCIH / MHKIH / RPHM / PMP Licence (Tier 1) will be an advantage.
• Holder of an Estate Agent’s licence is preferred.
• Mature, self-motivated and responsible with a strong sense of ownership.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarin is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
