Job summary

Citybase Property Management Limited is seeking a capable site in-charge to oversee the management of the assigned estate or residential portfolio in Hong Kong. You will take full responsibility for daily operations and lead a team, including handling tenant matters and coordinating with head office.

The ideal candidate holds a Property Management Degree, a Tier 1 PM Practitioner licence, and at least 4 years of relevant experience, with 2 years in a managerial role.

Qualifications

• Degree in Property Management or equivalent.
• Holder of Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) Licence.
• At least 4 years of residential property management experience, with 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong English and Chinese communication, including Putonghua.

Requirements

Degree holder in Property Management or equivalent

Member of Chartered Institute of Housing / Hong Kong Institute of Housing is preferable

Holder of valid Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) Licence

At least 4 years working experience in managing residential properties, of which 2 years at managerial level

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua

Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing

Strong customer service minded with good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
