Job summary

Responsibilities

Assist in formulating business plans for acquiring development sites and investment properties.
Perform market research, develop financial models, and produce feasibility studies and investment proposals for management decisions.
Support and conduct negotiations with government authorities, property agents, and consultants to secure and close opportunities.
Track market trends, regulatory changes, and industry dynamics to drive decision-making.
Lead property valuation and rating matters.
Coach and mentor junior team members to build a high-performing development team.
