Job summary

CITIC Pacific Limited in Hong Kong seeks a senior real estate professional to perform land tender studies, identify investment opportunities, and conduct full feasibility studies. The role includes property portfolio reviews, enhancement studies, and preparing investment and management reports for executive review.

The candidate should have 10+ years of experience with property developers or consultants, strong valuation skills, and fluency in Chinese and English, with Putonghua Proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Real Estates, Surveying or related disciplines with relevant professional qualifications.
• At least 10 years' relevant working experiences with property developers or property consultants.
• Familiar with building, planning and land policies in Hong Kong.
• Solid experience in valuation and real estate project appraisal.
• MHKIS(GP) or equivalent.
• Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English, Fluent in Putonghua.
• Highly motivated, well organized, excellent analytical skills.
