Job summary

Oxford Asset Management Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Property Investment & Development Manager to lead research, evaluation, and execution of real estate opportunities. The role focuses on underwriting deals, market analysis, and portfolio enhancement.

You will liaise with agencies, valuers, and partners, prepare investment papers, and present buy/sell/hold recommendations to senior management. MRICS/MHKIS preferred; 5–8 years in property investment or leasing recommended.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Real Estate, Finance or related disciplines; MRICS/MHKIS preferred.
• 5–8 years hands‑on experience in property investment, development, valuation, or leasing management.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modelling and feasibility studies.
• Familiar with Hong Kong property market dynamics, leasing procedures, and related regulations.
• Independent, proactive and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research on macroeconomic trends, zoning updates, population shifts and competitors to identify opportunities.
• Underwrite property investments including land, redevelopment sites, joint ventures and distressed assets via financial modelling.
• Prepare valuation assessments and maintain tracking methodologies.
• Provide buy/sell/hold recommendations to senior management based on market intelligence and risk analysis.
• Build relationships with real estate agencies, developers, valuers and industry networks to access premium opportunities.
• Review and negotiate transaction documents, terms and due diligence to secure favourable conditions.
• Prepare monthly investment reports, presentations and papers for senior management.
• Support ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives from Head of Property Department.
