• Minimum 10 years of solid experience in property development, land administration, and related real estate matters.
• Proven track record from reputable property developers, real estate investment firms, or leading consultancy practices.
• Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills with extensive knowledge of the Hong Kong property market preferred.
