Responsibilities

• Assist in the formulation of business plans for acquiring development sites and investment properties.
• Perform market research, develop financial models, and produce feasibility studies and investment proposals to guide management decisions.
• Support and conduct negotiations with key stakeholders, including government authorities, property agents, and consultants to successfully secure and close business opportunities.
• Track market trends, regulatory changes, and industry dynamics to drive decision-making.
• Lead property valuation and rating matters.
• Coach and mentor junior team members, fostering a high-performing development team.

Requirements

• Hold a degree in Surveying, Real Estate, or a related discipline
• Possess MHKIS (General Practice) or MRICS (Valuation); CFA is an advantage
• Have at least 8 years of proven experience in property development and land matters
• Experience gained from sizable property developers or real estate consultancies is preferred
• Demonstrate strong financial capability with hands-on experience in cash flow modelling
• Excellent written English and interpersonal skills
