We are seeking an experienced Interior Design Project Manager to lead and oversee high-end residential and commercial projects, ensuring seamless coordination from design concept through to completion while managing budgets, timelines, construction details, regulatory compliance, and client relationships.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation for design projects to ensure timely, high-quality, and on-budget delivery.

• Coordinate workflows between interior designers, suppliers, and contractors to ensure design intent is accurately understood and executed.

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction quality, ensuring workmanship aligns with design drawings and specifications. Handle unexpected on-site issues and design changes.

• Maintain close communication with property management to ensure project progress complies with relevant regulations and requirements.

• Manage factory production schedules and quality control to ensure accurate dimensions and smooth operation of furniture and decorations.

• Manage project-related contracts, quotations, purchase orders, and other documentation, ensuring accuracy and proper filing. Handle license application matters, including the submission of relevant documents such as small-scale engineering licenses or RGBC documents.

• Ensure all projects are conducted in accordance with government regulations.
  

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management within interior design, construction, or related fields.

• Professional knowledge and solid experience of Design & Build workflows.

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision‑making abilities to quickly address on‑site challenges.

• Experience in quotation analysis, project costing, or budget control.

• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight schedules

• Good command of Chinese & English, both verbal and written communication skills.
