Job summary

Delken Group Limited is seeking an interior designer to deliver office interior design and manage site activities for commercial projects. You will coordinate with clients, contractors and vendors, and produce concept and construction drawings while assisting with surveys, budgeting and scheduling.

The ideal candidate holds a interior design qualification and has 2-3 years of experience, with strong AutoCAD, SketchUp and Photoshop skills, and fluent English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Certificate/Diploma/Degree in interior design or equivalent qualification.
• 2-3 years experience in office interior design and site management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2012 or above and other design-based skills.
• Good knowledge of SketchUp, Photoshop and MS Office.
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
• Good communication, organization, project management and problem solving skills.
• Responsible, self-motivated and creative.
• Customer focused and team orientated.
