Job summary

Hei Design Ltd is growing its team and seeks a Project Coordinator to support residential interior projects from concept to development. You will review construction drawings, coordinate site works, and liaise with clients and suppliers.

The role requires 2–4 years' experience in residential interiors, proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp, strong communication in Cantonese and Mandarin, and a self-motivated, detail-oriented mindset. The position is based in Causeway Bay with on-site coordination.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in residential interior fitting-out projects.
• Able to handle a full set of technical drawings.
• Good communication to liaise with contractors and site workers and handle on-site coordination.

Responsibilities

• Review construction drawings and furniture/joinery drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Monitor project progress and coordinate site works.
• Meet clients and support client communication when required.
• Liaise with suppliers and follow up on quotations, material orders and deliveries.
• Assist Senior Designers on residential projects from concept to development.
• Coordinate drawings with design team, suppliers, and contractors to ensure alignment.

What you'll be doing

• Handle and review construction drawings and furniture/joinery drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp
• Assist in monitoring project progress and coordinating site works.
• Assist in meeting clients and supporting client communication when required.
• Liaise with suppliers and follow up on quotations, material orders and deliveries.
• Assist Senior Designers on residential projects from concept to development
• Manage multiple tasks under deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Able to coordinate drawings and work closely with relevant departments / parties (e.g. design team, suppliers, contractors) to ensure alignment.

What we're looking for

• 2-4 years of experience in following up residential interior fitting-out projects.
• Ability to handle a full set of technical drawings.
• Good communication skills to liaise with contractors / site workers and handle on-site coordination.
• Knowledge of material selection and usage for interior works.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, photoshop and common office software.
• Knowledge and interest of using AI tools to assist work is a plus
• Good communication skills in spoken Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with strong design sense and presentation skills.
