Qualifications

• 10+ years of Project Management experience delivering operations or business transformation projects.
• Experience leading multiple transformation initiatives in complex organizations.
• Exposure to both business and technology transformation preferred.
• Insurance industry experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of operations transformation and system enhancement initiatives across insurance operations.
• Manage project planning, budgeting, timelines, governance, risk management, and successful execution of multiple projects.
• Partner with business, operations, technology, and senior stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Drive business process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives across policy administration, underwriting, claims, new business, and customer servicing.
• Ensure milestones, dependencies, and resources are effectively managed to achieve successful outcomes.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide regular project status updates to senior management.
• Identify risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to meet delivery targets.
• Support change management and business readiness activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of operations transformation and system enhancement initiatives across insurance operations.
• Manage project planning, budgeting, timelines, governance, risk management, and successful execution of multiple projects.
• Partner closely with business, operations, technology, and senior stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Drive business process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives across functions such as policy administration, underwriting, claims, new business, and customer servicing.
• Ensure project milestones, dependencies, and resources are effectively managed to achieve successful outcomes.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide regular project status updates to senior management.
• Identify project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure delivery targets are met.
• Support change management and business readiness activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  

Requirements

• 10+ years of Project Management experience, with a strong track record delivering operations transformation or business transformation projects.
• Experience leading multiple transformation initiatives within complex organizations.
• Strong preference for candidates with business transformation experience; exposure to both business and technology transformation projects would be advantageous.
• Pure IT implementation project experience without significant business transformation exposure is less preferred.
