Description
- Lead and manage end-to-end technology and business transformation projects, ensuring successful delivery from initiation through implementation and post-deployment support.
- Drive strategic initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness, customer experience, and business capabilities through technology solutions.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations to achieve project objectives.
- Establish and maintain effective governance, project controls, and reporting mechanisms throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business priorities.
- Oversee system development, testing, release management, and deployment activities to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide regular project updates, insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and promote best practices in project management and delivery.
- Support organizational change initiatives and drive adoption of new technologies and processes.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of experience managing large-scale technology, transformation, or business change projects within financial services or other regulated industries.
- Proven experience delivering complex projects involving system implementation, business process enhancement, or digital transformation.
- Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management capabilities.
- Solid understanding of project governance, risk management, SDLC methodologies, and compliance requirements.
- Exposure to emerging technologies, digital platforms, cloud solutions, AI, or automation initiatives is advantageous.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent are preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
