Job Description

• Contribute to the delivery of enterprise-wide transformation programs and business initiatives, from requirements elicitation and solution planning through deployment and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate closely with business users, operations teams, technology functions, and third-party providers to ensure successful execution and alignment of project outcomes.
• Lead workshops, requirements-gathering sessions, and stakeholder discussions to facilitate decision-making and achieve alignment across multiple parties.
• Track project milestones, manage risks, issues, and interdependencies, and proactively develop mitigation strategies and recommendations.
• Perform business analysis activities to drive process optimization, operational effectiveness, and service improvements within policy administration and related business areas.
• Demonstrate accountability, initiative, and strong analytical thinking while balancing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

The Successful Applicant

• At least 6 years of experience within the insurance sector, preferably in policy administration, operations, business analysis, project management, or transformation-related functions.
• Solid knowledge of insurance products, policy lifecycle management, and associated operational workflows.
• Experience participating in large-scale transformation programs, policy administration platforms, or digital transformation initiatives is highly advantageous.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to convert business requirements into practical solutions.
• Proven track record of leading or supporting business initiatives while coordinating effectively across business, technology, and vendor teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and challenge key stakeholders when appropriate.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with SQL, data analytics tools, AI/Copilot solutions, and project management tools is considered an advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese communication skills, including Cantonese and Mandarin.
