Responsibilities:

• Drive project planning, requirement analysis, and risk assessment
• Responsible for overall project management and coordination including project progress, quality control, cost control and client relations
• Lead project team to ensure all works are complied with contractual requirement
• Manage all project documentation such as project plan, design specification, testing specification, status reports, meeting minutes etc.
• Monitor overall contractual and technical matters for projects
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute the project plan

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Civil / Structural / Construction / Building Engineering or related disciplines
• Qualified member of HKIE or CIOB is preferable
• 10 years' relevant experience with at least 3 years in managing large-scale building projects
