Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior/Project Manager to lead the execution of construction and workplace projects globally from Hong Kong. You will ensure quality, cost, safety, and schedule objectives while coordinating stakeholders and site operations.

You will mentor junior staff, promote a collaborative culture, and drive project governance, reporting, and procurement activities to support successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction or Project Management.
• 8+ years’ international experience in fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management concepts, tools, and techniques.
• Proven leadership on small to medium construction projects.
• Fast-paced, high-pressure environment; tight deadlines.
• Fluent English; strong communication and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management to meet quality, cost, safety, and scheduling goals.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Maintain master and short-term programmes and report progress.
• Oversee procurement of consultants and negotiate contracts.
• Produce project reports with risks, decisions, and actions.
• Manage stakeholder meetings and maintain transparency.
• Onboard new team members and integrate into workflows.
