Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Programme Manager to lead corporate real estate and workplace projects for a global client. You will act as the primary interface between the Singapore-based client team and local delivery, ensuring governance, budget, and quality objectives are met.

You will manage a range of workplace transformation, relocation, and fit-out projects, while coordinating with senior stakeholders across functions and regions to deliver successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of Programme/Project Management experience.
• Proven delivery of workplace projects inside financial institutions or highly regulated environments.
• Experience leading client representatives and multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the client’s Hong Kong representative and interface between regional and local delivery teams.
• Lead planning, governance, and reporting for workplace and capital projects in HK.
• Ensure projects align with business objectives, budgets, and standards.
• Drive governance meetings, steering committees, and executive presentations.
• Provide strategic guidance on risks, opportunities, and delivery considerations.
