Job summary

Turner & Townsend Limited is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead construction and workplace projects, ensuring quality, cost, safety, and scheduling targets are met. You will coordinate stakeholders, manage site operations, and foster a collaborative project environment.

You will oversee planning, procurement, reporting, and governance, while mentoring junior team members and maintaining strong client relationships across international projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction, Architecture, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience on commercial fit-out projects internationally.
• Strong knowledge of PM concepts, tools and techniques.
• Proven experience leading small to mid-size construction projects.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project management to meet quality, cost, safety, and scheduling.
• Coordinate stakeholders, manage site operations, and onboarding.
• Develop master programme, look-ahead schedules, and progress reports.
• Manage procurement of consultants and contracts.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and maintain transparency.
• Support junior team development and incident resolution.
