Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support E&M-driven construction projects across all phases in Hong Kong. You will assist the Senior Project Manager with coordination, progress monitoring and reporting to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires a degree in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical, Construction Management or related fields and at least 2 years of project management experience. Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese/English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years in project management, coordination or similar role.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and organize project documentation across digital databases.
• Assist in preparing meeting agendas, minutes, progress reports, and presentation decks.
• Support client, consultant, contractor and team communications flow.
• Assist the Senior Project Manager in daily project activities and site visits.
• Track project activities and deliverables to ensure timely progression.
• Identify and escalate risks or issues to the Senior Project Manager.
