Job summary

Turner & Townsend Private Limited is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead construction and workplace projects, ensuring quality, cost controls, safety, and schedules are met. You will coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver complex fit-out programs internationally.

The role requires a degree in construction or project management and at least 8 years of global experience. Strong leadership, communication, and English fluency are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in managing commercial office, retail, or showroom fit‑out projects internationally.
• Strong knowledge of project management concepts, tools, and techniques.
• Proven experience leading small to medium‑size construction projects of low to medium complexity.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; fluency in English required.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project management to ensure quality, cost, safety, and scheduling requirements are met.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Plan and organize statutory inspections and ensure timely approvals.
• Produce comprehensive project reports and manage schedules using MS Project, Primavera P6, or Excel.
