Job summary

Envisione Studio Limited in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead turnkey workplace fitting-out and restacking projects across the Asia Pacific region. You will drive projects from concept through construction, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include leading the full project cycle, interfacing with clients, designers and construction teams, monitoring progress, and reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project management for workplace fitting-out projects (Senior role).
• A degree or above in Architecture, Construction Management, Building Services, Engineering, Surveying or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external parties.
• Proactive problem-solving approach and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full project cycle from design to construction completion of multiple projects.
• Interface with clients, designers, and construction teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Monitor project progress and quality, identify issues for escalation and resolution, and ensure successful program completion.
• Report the status of projects to senior management and maintain project documentation.
• Develop budget estimates and cost plans while driving optimization of financial results.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive continuous process improvements.
