Job summary

Sanderson-iKas Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a large-scale transformation programme spanning Front to Back IT and business change. You will partner with stakeholders across Front Office, Technology, Operations, Risk and Finance to translate strategy into initiatives and requirements for implementation.

Excellent communication skills and a background in transformation projects within an investment bank are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of capital markets traded products, trade life cycle and processing flows.
• Excellent project management skills with proven track record across full life cycle on large scale projects.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Partner with stakeholders in lines of businesses and functions to formulate and translate the Bank’s strategy into initiatives and requirements for implementation
• Keep effective communication and maintain good relationships with all project stakeholders, including Front Office, Technology, Operations, Risk, Finance etc.
• Assisting with managing the pipeline of work and facilitating prioritisation in line with current supply/demand
• Managing and resolution of key program risks and issues
• Proactively manage changes to scope of deliveries, identify potential crisis, and devise contingency plans

Skills Required:

• Excellent Project Management skills with proven track record working across full life cycle on large scale projects
