Job summary

IO TECH SOLUTIONS LIMITED seeks experienced Business Analysts and Project Managers to lead regional trading technology initiatives for a leading investment bank in APAC. Collaborate with Front Office, Operations and Technology to drive end-to-end solutions across trading and post-trade platforms.

The role requires 5+ years in investment banking, strong exposure to trading and capital markets, and proven ability to manage complex technology changes with diverse stakeholders in APAC.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager in investment banking.
• Strong exposure to trading, equities, capital markets, or post-trade platforms.
• Experience delivering complex technology change with business and IT stakeholders.

We're hiring experienced BA/PMs to drive strategic technology transformation across APAC, partnering closely with Front Office, Operations, and Technology teams to deliver large-scale trading and post-trade change initiatives.

What you'll be working on

• Lead business analysis and end-to-end project delivery for regional trading technology initiatives
• Partner with Front Office, Operations, and Technology teams to gather requirements and drive solution delivery
• Work on major market initiatives including regulatory change, market infrastructure, trading enhancements, and front-to-back platform transformation
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across business and technology teams

We're looking for

• 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager within investment banking
• Strong exposure to trading, equities, capital markets, or post-trade platforms
• Experience delivering complex technology change across business and IT stakeholders
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of APAC market workflows and regulatory initiatives is highly regarded
