The role requires a professional architecture degree and at least seven years of post-qualification experience with strong HK project background, plus proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• 7+ years post-qualification experience on large-scale projects with Hong Kong experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience in budgeting, contract administration and change management.
• Familiarity with LEED/WELL sustainability frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-profile architectural/interior projects from concept to completion, ensuring design integrity.
• Oversee design and construction documentation packages, driving the overall design vision.
• Mentor and guide project teams, managing programmes, budgets and resource allocation.
• Serve as the primary design lead for client presentations and stakeholder engagements.
• Coordinate cross-functional consultants (MEP, Lighting, Acoustics, RSE+AP) and maintain risk registers.
• Lead tender processes, value engineering strategies, and contract administration including change orders and claims.
• Contribute to studio growth, business development and client relationship management.
