Job summary

Manpower Services (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Project Lead to take ownership of architecture and interior design projects from development through construction in Hong Kong.

The role requires strong project management, technical detailing, and client coordination with Directors and external stakeholders. Overseas visa arrangements may be considered and sponsorship could be available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Interior Architecture or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in architecture or interior design and project delivery.
• Experience on Hong Kong projects is essential.
• Proven ability to independently manage projects through Concept Design, Design Development, Technical Documentation, Site Coordination and Construction.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of design development, coordination and technical delivery for assigned projects.
• Collaborate with Directors to develop the project vision and objectives.
• Lead junior designers and project teams, guiding design development and drawings.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams throughout the lifecycle.
