Job summary

International Interior Design Firm is seeking an Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager to join its HK team. You will lead client meetings in English, coordinate design and construction phases, and ensure smooth handover and close-out of workplace projects.

Ideal candidates hold a degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture or PM, fluent in English and Cantonese, with strong listening and note-taking skills, and are proactive problem-solvers comfortable in client-facing roles.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management or a related discipline.
• Excellent spoken and written English and Cantonese is essential.
• Strong listening, note-taking, and summarization skills with high attention to detail.
• Proactive problem-solver, highly organized, and confident in client-facing environments.
• Immediate or short notice is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead client meetings in English, accurately capture key discussion points, prepare concise meeting minutes, and drive follow-ups on action items.
• Oversee workplace projects across all phases from design and construction to final handover and close-out.
• Act as the main communication link between corporate clients, external consultants, sub-contractors, landlords, and internal design teams.
• Track project timelines, identify potential risks early, recommend solutions, and resolve site/operational issues.
• Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and documentation to maintain clear project visibility.
