Qualifications

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Construction Management, Building Studies or related discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in A&A (interior, structural, facade) projects.
• Proven experience in client-facing roles with commercial and contractual acumen.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Project Manager.
• Candidates available within 1 month are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead A&A projects (interior, structural, facade) for major contractors.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and site teams to ensure project delivery.
