Job summary

Habitus Design Group in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Creative Lead to helm luxury hospitality, casino resort and residential interior design projects. The role requires a strong creative point of view, extensive design experience and proven leadership to guide projects from concept through completion.

The ideal candidate will have a robust portfolio and the ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams, ensuring design excellence, client satisfaction and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in interior design with a portfolio across hospitality, casino resorts and luxury residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, finishes and FF&E selection.
• Experience leading design projects from concept to completion with client and project coordination.
• Ability to develop and interpret construction documents, technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations and sustainability practices.
• Excellent creative direction, leadership, communication and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, clients and deadlines efficiently.
• Professional certification or membership in design associations is a plus.

Habitus Design Group is seeking an experienced Senior Creative Lead to join our Hong Kong team, working across luxury hospitality, casino resort and residential interior design projects.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong creative point of view, extensive design experience and proven leadership skills, with the ability to lead projects from concept through completion.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio across five-star hospitality, casino resorts and luxury residential projects
• Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, finishes and FF&E selection
• Experience leading design projects from concept to completion, including client and project coordination
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion and Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to develop and interpret construction documents, technical drawings and specifications
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations and sustainability practices
• Excellent creative direction, leadership, communication and team collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects, clients and deadlines efficiently
