Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery for a large-scale insurance technology program, aligning senior stakeholders and multi-team workstreams around scope, milestones, risks and governance.

You will bring clear structure to complex delivery and partner closely with Hong Kong client leaders using Cantonese; English fluency is required for client-facing documentation and governance meetings.

Requirements

Proven experience delivering large-scale technology programs across multiple teams or workstreams Strong background in senior project management across the full delivery lifecycle Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships and expectations Expertise in governance, planning, forecasting, risk management and dependency coordination Track record of leading change control for scope, priorities and delivery commitments Hands-on experience working in Agile, hybrid or plan-driven delivery environments Clear communication in spoken and written English for client-facing delivery documentation Professional working proficiency in Cantonese for regular engagement with Hong Kong stakeholders
