Job summary

AIA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking a Senior IT Delivery Manager to lead technology projects that shape insurance products, campaigns and health initiatives. You will own end-to-end delivery, coordinate global teams, translate requirements into specs, and report to senior stakeholders.

We expect 10+ years in IT with strong business analysis, project management and stakeholder skills, plus hands-on AI delivery experience. Cantonese/English proficiency preferred for local collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems or related discipline.
• At least 10 years of IT experience including project delivery and application support.
• Insurance or financial-services experience is strongly preferred; AI delivery experience is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with AI implementation, automation, or digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Insurance Product, Campaign and Wellness initiatives.
• Coordinate onshore and offshore delivery resources and stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, stories and test materials.
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted practices across the SDLC and ensure quality.
• Provide technical guidance, governance, and executive reporting.
