Job summary

Captar Partners Limited is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager in Hong Kong to lead end-to-end technology initiatives and business transformation programs. You will partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to deliver enterprise-wide projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or related disciplines from a reputable university.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience within IT projects, preferably gained in insurance, financial services, or related industries.
• Solid understanding of insurance business processes, systems, and operations.
• Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders across business and technology functions.
• Experience delivering application development, system implementation, digital transformation, or technology enhancement projects.
• Strong project management methodology knowledge (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at different levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project management certification would be an advantage.
• Fluency in English is required; Cantonese and Mandarin would be advantageous.

Responsibilities
