Tenth Revolution Group in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead software development, AI, and cloud projects in a dynamic SI environment.

You will oversee the full lifecycle from requirements to deployment and post-launch support, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring delivery on time and on budget.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of IT project management experience delivering complex technology projects.
• Proven Systems Integration (SI), IT consulting, or technology solutions provider background.
• Experience managing software development, AI/ML, cloud migration, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and other PM methodologies?
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams, budgets, timelines, and third-party vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of software, AI, cloud, and digital transformation projects.
• Define project scope, milestones, resources, and implementation plans.
• Act as primary contact for clients, stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including software engineers, AI specialists, cloud engineers, solution architects, and business analysts.
• Identify risks, manage dependencies, resolve delivery challenges, and implement mitigation strategies.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of software development, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and cloud-related projects within a dynamic Systems Integration (SI) environment.

The successful candidate will oversee the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution planning to implementation, deployment, and post-launch support. This role requires strong project leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver complex technology solutions on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Delivery: Lead end-to-end delivery of software, AI, cloud, and digital transformation projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, scope, and quality objectives are met.
• Project Planning: Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, resource allocation, and implementation plans.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors.
• Team Leadership: Coordinate cross-functional teams, including software engineers, AI specialists, cloud engineers, solution architects, and business analysts.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify project risks, manage dependencies, resolve delivery challenges, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Client Engagement: Manage client expectations, facilitate project meetings, provide regular progress updates, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Technical Coordination: Work closely with technical leads and architects to ensure solutions align with business requirements, technical standards, and enterprise architecture.
• Budget & Resource Management: Monitor project budgets, resource utilisation, project profitability, and delivery performance.
• Governance & Reporting: Maintain project documentation, status reports, change requests, and project governance processes.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive Agile practices, delivery optimisation, and best practices across project teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 10–15 years of experience in IT project management, with a strong track record of delivering complex technology projects.
• Proven experience working in a Systems Integration (SI), IT consulting, or technology solutions provider environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing software development, AI/ML, cloud migration, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise application projects.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum, and project management methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams, project budgets, timelines, and third-party vendors.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable project plans and drive projects through to successful delivery.
• Strong command of written and spoken English; proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or other recognised project management certifications.
• Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Exposure to AI/ML solutions, Generative AI, enterprise software, API integration, or data platforms.
• Experience delivering projects for enterprise or public-sector clients.
