Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project management for workplace fitting-out projects (Senior role).
• A degree or above in Architecture, Construction Management, Building Services, Engineering, Surveying or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external parties.
• Proactive problem-solving approach and data-driven decisions.

As an Envisione Senior Project Manager, you'll lead turn-key projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and client satisfaction. We seek a proven deliverer with solid technical experience and well-reasoned organisational decisions. You'll work autonomously, manage time effectively, and make data-driven decisions. You'll liaise with internal and external stakeholders across multiple projects, ensuring smooth execution from concept to completion. Our collaborative team includes internal teams and external vendors, contractors, consultants, and building management. You'll cover all aspects of our complex new office fitting-out and restacking projects in the region.

Responsibilities

Work with the Business Development team to prepare proposal for clients via strategic project programs; responsible for commercial and strategic involvement.

Lead and manage the full project cycle from design to construction completion of multiple projects.

Interface with clients, designers, and construction teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Monitor project progress and quality, identify issues that need escalation and resolution, and ensure successful program completion.

Report the status of individual and groups of projects and programs to senior management

Manage project documentation and reporting.

Develop budget estimates and detailed cost plans, while driving optimization of overall project financial results.

Collaborate with senior leadership to drive continuous process improvements.

Demonstrate a strong commitment to the project process and exhibit excellent problem-solving skills to address challenges that arise.

Requirements

above 7 years of experience as a project management for workplace fitting-out projects. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Project Manager.

A degree or above in Architecture, Construction Management, Building Services, Engineering, Surveying or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external parties.

A proactive approach to problem-solving.

Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and experience with AutoCAD and Bluebeam is preferred.

Proven track record of managing multidisciplinary projects from proposal through the full project cycle.

Good knowledge of relevant safety regulations, building codes and industry standards.

Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
