Job summary

• Extensive experience in new build projects and ability to rotate overseas for assignments.

• Provide direct leadership to the project management team and liaise with executives, consultants, contractors, and authorities.
• Establish and enforce project controls, risk management, budgeting, and reporting frameworks.

Our client, a prestigious and rapidly growing organization, is seeking a visionary leader to define the future of their built assets.

Key responsibilities:

Lead and be accountable for the delivery of a major new build projects

Provide direct leadership to the project management team and serve as the primary senior interface with executive leadership, external consultants, main contractors, and key government authorities.

Establish and enforce best-in-class project controls, risk management, budgeting, and reporting frameworks to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.

Requirements:

A minimum of 15 years of comprehensive construction and project management experience within Hong Kong (Civil).

A well-rounded professional background with experience on the client, consultant side, providing a holistic understanding of project dynamics.

Extensive practical experience in both New Build projects.

Rotate periodically between overseas (approx. 2–3 weeks per stint) and our Hong Kong headquarters (approx. 1–2 weeks)
