Job summary

TCG Construction Limited is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery of complex construction and fit-out projects in Hong Kong. You will work within the Integrated Management System and tailor services to help clients develop and manage their programs.

The ideal candidate has a degree in construction or project management, at least 8 years of relevant experience, and strong communication and bilingual skills in Chinese and English.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction or Project Management or related field.
• At least 8 years of project management / retail fit-out experience.
• Experience coordinating with teams, consultants, and trade contractors.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Chinese and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects within contract parameters and Integrated Management System requirements.
• Provide tailored services to assist clients in developing and managing projects.
• Coordinate with consultants and trade contractors to ensure quality and timelines.
• Ensure communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Job description

Responsible for delivery of a project or projects within the contractually executed parameters and in accordance with the requirements of the Integrated Management System as well as providing tailor‑made services to assist client in developing and managing their projects.

Requirement

• Degree in Construction / Project Management related discipline or other similar qualifications
• At least 8 years’ relevant working experience in project management / commercial fitting out and decoration project design which preferably in a commercial / retail and hospitality fit out with multinational corporate exposure
• Experience of working with a team and consultants and managing trade contractors & Vendors
• Strong communication/ interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Good in both spoken and written Chinese and English
• Computer literacy is essential
