We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our interior design studio. In this role, you'll be the key link between design vision and on-the-ground reality-managing projects from procurement through to installation, across both local and international residential and hospitality spaces. You'll work closely with designers, suppliers, and contractors to ensure every detail is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
Key responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end project coordination, from sourcing and purchasing materials and FFE (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) to final installation
Manage supplier and contractor relationships to ensure seamless communication and delivery
Coordinate on-site works, ensuring timelines, quality, and design intent are consistently met
Travel overseas as needed for project-related work or sourcing trips
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners across multiple project timelines
Maintain clear, proactive communication with all stakeholders throughout each project phase
About you
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a positive, collaborative attitude
Excellent spoken and written English; fluent Cantonese is essential, and Mandarin is a strong plus
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
Solid skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
