Job summary

Hong Kong Trade Development Council is seeking a Senior Project Executive in Hong Kong to support the Finance and Professional Services Cluster. The role involves assisting in promotional campaigns, vendor liaison, and onsite logistics for major international trade fairs, with focus on delivering high-quality events and client-focused services.

The candidate should be a university graduate with at least 4 years of relevant experience, proactive, meticulous, and fluent in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• University graduate with 4+ years' relevant experience in sales, marketing, project management or events.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across levels.
• Proactive, mature, creative with teamwork spirit; meticulous and detail-minded.
• Willingness to work long hours to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in promotional campaigns for recruiting participants from Chinese Mainland and Overseas.
• Assist in liaison with vendors and onsite logistics preparation.
• Assist in preparing marketing collaterals and publicity materials including coordination with clients and branch offices.
• Assist in event participant data consolidation and preparing related reports for analysis.
• Assist in updating audience database and information, event website, participant list and any other administrative work.
• Handle enquiries from event participants and undertake on-site duties, such as providing onsite support to event participants.
• Perform any other ad hoc tasks/ duties assigned by the Team's Section Head.
