Job summary

Job-Hunter Employment Agency is recruiting for a Project Co-ordinator / Assistant Project Co-ordinator to join an interior fit-out company serving residential, commercial and hospitality sectors in Hong Kong. The role requires a Higher Diploma or above in Building Services, plus 4+ years of interior contracting experience.

The candidate should be adept at coordinating with clients, designers and subcontractors, with site supervision and documentation duties.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Services or equivalent.
• 4 years or above relevant working experience in interior contracting.
• Solid experience in managing fitting-out projects and site supervision.
• Previous experience in residential projects, preferably in luxury premises.
• Background gained from property industry would also be considered.
• Detail-oriented, dynamics, self-initiative with good communication skills.
• Conversant with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Good command of spoken & written English and fair in spoken Mandarin.
• Immediate available would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle the fitting-out projects management and site works supervision.
• Liaise with clients, designers and subcontractors to ensure good quality of works.
• Handle project documents submission & material scheduling and prepare report.
• Perform site visit for tracking the works progress to meet customers’ requirements.
• Assist in monitoring project deadlines & workflows and resolving technical issues.
• Ensure the works are compliance with requirements and perform ad hoc duties.
