• Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Building Service Studies, Interior Design or Architecture
• Preferably with 3 years fit-out experience in managing high-end corporate office projects with coordination with architects / designers / consultants / clients / sub-contractors & vendors
• A team player with good logic, management and communication skills
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in computer skill and knowledge of Word, Excel, PDF

To control and supervise overall site activities and liaise with different parties trade, clients, authorities, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers to ensure projects delivery with success & quality

Site inspection, monitor safety, quality of work progress and workmanship on site

Responsible for coordination and management of assigned projects, including progress, quality, cost, and client relation

Job Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Building Service Studies, Interior Design or Architecture
