Job summary

Seven Elements Investment Holdings Limited in Sheung Wan, Hong Kong, seeks a Cloud Migration Program Manager (1-year secondment) to lead a large-scale cloud migration across ~100 applications and hundreds of servers. You will coordinate governance, vendor management, and cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires strong program leadership, stakeholder engagement, and experience in financial services cloud projects, with Fluent English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Management or STEM-related disciplines.
• 10–15 years of experience in consulting, business operations, or project management.
• Experience in large, complex change programs within financial services, particularly involving cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on management of both small and large-scale projects throughout their life cycle.
• Lead governance & reporting for the cloud migration program; collaborate with PMO and EXCO.
• Coordinate vendor sourcing, SoW drafting, review and sign-off; oversee offshore teams.
