Job summary

Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited seeks a senior Cloud Programme Manager to lead large-scale cloud deployments, manage multi-team workstreams, and optimize cloud spending. You will partner with IT and vendors to plan, implement, and document changes, ensuring benefits realization and risk control.

The role requires 8+ years in IT infrastructure and cloud project delivery, with strong stakeholder communication and PMP/Prince2 or agile certifications.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science/IT or related field.
8+ years of hands-on PM experience for IT infrastructure and cloud projects.
Strong cloud tech knowledge across AWS/Azure/GCP and China Cloud.
Experience with private cloud is a plus.
Ability to forecast cloud spend and articulate value.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver large-scale Cloud deployments within governance standards.
Lead cross-functional delivery of complex change programmes.
Collaborate with IT teams and vendors for design and execution.
Manage Cloud finances to drive efficiency and value.
Engage stakeholders to align scope, schedule, budget and risks.
