Job summary

Combuilder Pte Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced IT Project/Program Manager to lead multiple initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors and stakeholders across complex programs.

You will develop plans, monitor risks, govern programs, and align activities with business, security and regulatory requirements while driving continuous improvement and digital transformation through cloud platforms such

Qualifications

10+ years of IT project and program management experience.
5+ years of large-scale application development, system implementation or maintenance programs.
Experience managing multiple projects, teams, vendors and stakeholders in complex environments.
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies.
PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, CSM or equivalent certification is an advantage.
Experience with Azure/cloud platforms, application modernization, DevSecOps or digital transformation is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee IT projects and services to meet time, budget, and quality goals.
Coordinate teams, vendors and stakeholders for program delivery.
Develop program plans, budgets, schedules, risks and dependencies.
Establish governance and monitor progress and performance.
Identify issues and escalate critical risks as needed.
Provide updates to senior management on key matters.
Align activities with business requirements, contracts, security and compliance.
Drive continuous improvement in project delivery.
Support initiatives including app development, system implementation, maintenance, cloud platforms, and digital transformation.
