Job summary

Ikas International (Asia) Limited is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end application migration workstreams within a large-scale transformation programme in Hong Kong. You will coordinate migrations of 100+ applications to a new private/hybrid cloud, aligning business and technology teams for successful delivery.

The role requires strong planning, governance, and stakeholder management, with collaboration across business users, infrastructure, architects, and external vendors.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of Project Management experience within large enterprise environments
• Proven experience delivering application migration, infrastructure transformation, or enterprise technology transformation projects
• Strong project planning, execution, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience with cloud migration projects (Private Cloud, Hybrid Cloud, or Public Cloud environments)
• Experience with data centre migration or infrastructure transformation programmes
• Experience working within financial services, banking, insurance, or regulated environments
• Fluent in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)

Job description

The Project Manager will play a key role in driving application migration workstreams, working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and senior management to deliver critical transformation initiatives. The role involves managing end-to-end application migration projects across business and technology domains within a large-scale technology transformation programme focused on building a new private cloud platform and migrating over 100 business and IT applications.

About you
