Partnerships for Community Development (PCD) seeks a Programme Coordinator to lead the Hong Kong Programme. The role focuses on developing, managing and coordinating initiatives, identifying intervention points and conducting needs assessments.

The holder will build partnerships, facilitate dialogues with stakeholders and monitor trends affecting HK development. This is a 2-year (renewable) contract, HK-based, requiring extensive NGO networks and strong English/Chinese communication skills to

Formación

• At least 10 years’ experience in community development and programme management in Hong Kong.
• Commitment, skills in participatory development, networking, and strategic planning.
• Budgeting and financial management experience.
• Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities.
• Extensive NGO, citizen network, and philanthropic sector connections in HK and Asia.
• Cross-cultural awareness and ability to learn from diverse viewpoints.
• Strong written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).

Responsabilidades

• Develop, manage and coordinate PCD’s Hong Kong Programme.
• Identify intervention points, conduct needs assessments and appraise initiatives.
• Facilitate, monitor and review programme activities and outcomes.
• Develop partnerships and networks; facilitate strategic dialogues with stakeholders.
• Monitor developments, trends, and practices affecting the HK programme.
• Support information flow within PCD and with other organisations in the sustainable living movement.
