Qualifications

• Minimum two years NGO youth experience.
• Experience in qualitative research is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing services and make an improvement plan.
• Maintain a good working relationship with our serving schools and partners.
• Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of mental health programmes.
• Develop and disseminate promotional and communication materials.
• Volunteering or experience in the youth social service sector is an advantage.
• Coordinate projects, operations and administrative support services.
• Analyze data and prepare reports, presentations and proposals.
• Liaise with partners and support research and service development.
• Experience conducting qualitative research preferred.
• Open-minded, analytical, self-disciplined, and eager to learn.
• Minimum of two years NGO working experience with youth.
• Hands-on experience with content creation and social media management.
