Job summary

Caritas Hong Kong is seeking a capable coordinator to provide operational and administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective partnership with internal teams.

The role requires at least five years of experience including two years in overseas humanitarian sectors, exposure to donor databases, and willingness to work five days a week with shifts, including 1–2 night shifts; immediate availability preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' experience, including 2 years in overseas humanitarian sectors.
• Two years of experience in youth outreach or late-night outreach services.
• Proficiency in Canva; prior fundraising sector experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintain and update Corporate and Trust & Foundation Donors database
• Develop community resilience programme with overseas partners and stakeholders
• Build up the capacity of working partners in disaster management related
• Serve as the unit’s primary liaison with internal teams
• Coordinate, validate, and consolidate weekly and monthly reports regarding projects
• Perform project administration by maintaining plans, trackers, and timelines
